All began that once, on a visit at familiar, I and my husband have seen this surprising miracle - a small lion with unusually expressive and wise velvet eyes, tremendous wool, noble, fearless, determined by self-respect, majestic and graceful - the present work of art which was created by centuries in ancient China. And, certainly, my heart was impressed this extremely fine dog.

      Searches of the puppy have begun - it would be desirable to have the present Pekinese who would bear in itself those qualities of character and the conformation which was described in set east ancient myths and legends and for which the Pekinese considered as the Sacred symbol of ancient China.

Royceland Abracadabra for Toydom owner: I.Serova

      Eleven years back the editions devoted directly to this breed, in our shops practically were not, basically - brief descriptions in the general directories about dogs. We miracle managed to get x-copies of books W.Williams & A.Summers and T.Nethercoot (in English) which have entered us into the world of this surprising dog. And, certainly, dialogue with breeders and visiting exhibitions has helped us to make the choice.

Frampton Elusive Dreams at Dratsum InterChampion Vice-Champion of Europe-1998 owner: O.Gracheva kennel "Monomah"

      2002 became for us really unforgettable: first at the International Dog Show (CACIB, FCI) "Belye Nochi" the expert from Belgium August De Wilde has given the Jasmin a title of Winner Best in Show, and after four months, in the Championship of Europe in Paris, the Jasmin has won a title of the Champion of EUROPE (expert Y.M.Drouillard, France).

StSanja Round Midnight at Dratsum InterChampion Champion of Europe 1999, 2000 owner: O.Gracheva kennel "Monomah"

      For the first time Jasmine was mated to Toydom Quite the Gent and my second bitch Vanvil Arabika (Busy) was born. Its brother Vanvil Archibald was acquired by the breeder from Chelyabinsk, but, unfortunately, early was lost.

      Second time we have addressed to the mistress of world famous kennel "Monomah" Olga Gracheva and Jasmin was mated with dog Kisci Roman Sunrise imported from Denmark (kennel "Kisci"). Jasmine produced one dog - Monomah Lovelace Rainbow Flay (Butch) (photo). In the age of 7 months at the Dog Show all breeds (of rank CAC) from the expert from Czechia Bozhena Ovesna we have received a title the Best puppy of breed, Best in Puppy-IV, and in 10 months he was acquired in kennel "Deklarus" (Estonia). Together with new mistress Larisa Rusinova Butch has received titles of the Champion of Estonia, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Byelorussia, Champion of Baltic and his puppies also are successfully exposed on rings.

      In the summer 2001 we have bought one more bitch in kennel "Monomah" - Monomah Florimel in My Garden (Fanny). She is a daughter of a well-known InterChampion, the double Champion of Europe StSanja Round Midnight at Dratsum and the grand daughter not less known InterChampion Frampton Elusive Dreams at Dratsum (photo) (all titles of ours daddy and grandfather you can see in Fanny's pedigree in section "My Pekineses"). In the age of 1,5 years Fanny has already received a title of the Champion of Russia.

      Fanny was mated to Champion Monomah Dratsum`s Magic Gift (kennel "Monomah"). Her daughter - Monomah Kiss-Me-Quick - lives now in Finland in the kennel "Chilliwack's", owner - Marja Askola. Kissy has a title of the Champion of Finland.

      And, at last, two more dogs (grandsons the Jasmin) on which we assign the big hopes - Monomah Infante of Jasmine Diamond-Crown (owner: S.Djomina, Finland) and Monomah Ivlin All My Love to Jasmine (owner: T.Kabanova, kennel "Mirka"). Their mother - Vanvil Arabika was mated to Champion StSanja Round Midnight at Dratsum (photo) from kennel "Monomah", which was imported from the English kennel "StSanja". We hope, they also would take a worthy place among the eminent ancestors!
